Schedule & Village LIGHT ON A day by the lake.

Wednesday to get ahead of things, Thursday to race, and Village LIGHT ON right in the middle of it all.

The LIGHT ON spirit

The LIGHT ON spirit.

Serious running, without taking itself too seriously. That's the idea.

There's a distance for you

First bib or road regular: 10 or 21.1 km. And everyone meets at the same finish aid station.

The lake, flat, on the road

A fully flat, paved lap of the lake: the courses follow the water from start to finish. Remember to look up between strides.

Everyone's part of the race

Runners, volunteers, supporters along the way: everyone's part of the adventure. And the more of us there are, the more the smiles multiply. We love that. “Great atmosphere, you feel good out there.”Roman P. 10 KM*

Enjoyment before the clock

We come for the kilometres and the finish line... but also for the lakeside atmosphere and the good mood that goes with it. “I loved the motivation a gathering like this gives you (...) I'll be back in 2027, for sure!”Jennifer F. 10 KM*

Straightforward, no fuss

Course marking, aid stations, marshals, bibs: everything's ready, and the good mood comes included. All you have to do is run. “Fantastic organisation, the volunteers were brilliant (...) A really great experience.”Myriam N. Semi-Marathon**

Madine & the Lorraine Regional Nature Park

The Lac de Madine.

Start and finish at Nonsard-Lamarche (Meuse, 55210), by the Lac de Madine. Between Verdun and Toul, right inside the Lorraine Regional Nature Park: this setting is what sets the tone for the courses.

The lake

A body of water at the heart of the Lorraine Regional Nature Park, in the Meuse. The courses follow it from start to finish, on a fully flat surface.

The regional nature park

Forests and ponds around the lake: you run right in the heart of the park. For the details of both routes, head to the 10 KM* and Semi-Marathon** courses.

Getting there & staying over

The Lac de Madine is in the Meuse, between Verdun and Toul. Access, parking and places to stay around the lake: it's all in the practical info.

All that's missing is you.
